Visitors

Gabriel's been very busy the last several weeks with visitors. There are so many people that have wanted to meet the little guy. My friend Lisa has come over a few times to hang out with Gabriel and me...I think? ;) Lisa's mom Barb came over for dinner the other night and Gabriel found himself right at home in her loving arms.

We've also had a couple of visits from my friend Jackie and her daughter Mia. Mia was very interested in playing with dog toys, which Titan didn't like so much. At least it's giving him a little taste of what he can expect in the upcoming year as Gabriel grows up and becomes more interactive. We'll definitely have to teach our dog what sharing means.

My friend Rocio surprised us at the hospital and came to visit.

Our friends Lance, Becca, and Acadia-Rose also came to meet Gabriel. Acadia-Rose was such a big girl and held Gabriel, we were surprised at how natural it came to her, she must get lots of good practice with all her baby dolls. She even wanted to put Gabriel on the floor so she could swaddle him. Acadia-Rose also enjoyed playing in the yard with Max and Titan as well as going in and out the dog door. It's a perfect size door when you're almost 2!

My friend Kelly came to visit as well. Kelly lives really far away so I don't get to see her too often but at least Gabriel was a good reason for the two of us to hang out! It was fun catching up and sharing some good laughs over delicious Red Robins. And Kelly, I was 18 when I met them and that night I think I had on a purple shirt!

Krissa and Arnie also came to visit us and brought their new addition, Charlie a Golden Retriever puppy. We thought it would be a great idea for them to bring Harley and Charlie over to play with Max and Titan, as they are probably feeling a bit neglected these days since Gabriel has become the popular one around the house. Max was all about Charlie, Titan was still trying to figure out how to play with such a small dog!

Our friends Jorge and Elisa also came to visit. John and I attended Jorge and Elisa's wedding weeks before Gabriel was here. It was finally great that they could met Gabriel from outside mommy's tummy.

Allysyn, my friend from graduate school was in Colorado visiting (she lives in England) with her two daughters. They came by the house to say hi after three years of not seeing one another and to meet little Gabriel. I also had the chance to meet Allysyn's newest addition Rowen who is 9months old. Kamdyn was only 4 months old when Allysyn and her husband moved to England. We had a great time hanging with the Vujevic girls!

It's so nice to know that our son is loved by so many wonderful people. Sorry to those that have visited and I failed to get a picture! You too are special to us, it just means you'll have to come visit again so that we can get a snapshot!
