10 weeks 3 days

Today we had our 10 week visit and got to see our little one, once again! There has been huge changes over the last month. Our little one waved to us and flailed it's arms and legs all over the place. We even got to see it hiccup... Juan liked that the most. All of it was amazing, I can't describe what I'm feeling. There are no words to describe how great it is to know that this little person is growing inside of me. I of course was an emotional wreck, just teary and so relieved that everything is looking "perfect" according to our doctor. Our doctor wasn't quite sure we'd be able to hear the heartbeat but sure enough the little one came through. The baby's heart was beating at 170 bpm. Below are two pictures of the little one who no longer looks like a blob of something but has started forming into a little person with arms and legs and a nose and a million other things. The one thing we just can't wait for is finding out the sex of our baby but we have to wait another 10 weeks. Time is sure dragging and a week has never seemed so long let alone 10. We have another doctors appointment on December 14th but will keep you posted in the meantime.
