Today we had our 32 week appointment and an ultrasound to check the growth of our baby. Things are looking great with baby boy who would not stay still for our ultrasound. He was kicking and moving and having tons of fun in my tummy. Below are a couple pictures we managed to get from our ultrasound, including a few pictures in 3D with baby's hand next to his face. Once again we were able to see him sucking his thumb. Aunt Adi also came to this appointment to meet her little nephew and see how much he's grown since the last ultrasound she came to. Baby is weighing 4 lbs 8 oz. and is measuring in the 60th percentile.
Mommy is doing well, although my blood pressure has been creeping up slowly. Our doctor is wanting to keep a close eye and make sure that me or baby aren't in any danger. They took some blood to make sure all organ function is normal and I'm not in any danger of preeclampsia. The doctor mentioned that bed rest could be a possibility if my blood pressure continues to increase but we're still okay at this time.
