Mother's Day

Today we celebrated Mother's Day for my mom and of course for me, a soon-to-be mommy. We went to Del Frisco's for brunch and then spent the afternoon as a family. Things are starting to get a bit harder and all I want to do is sit with my feet up as they are starting to swell up a bit. My moms cousin and his wife are here visiting and so they all came over to spend some time with us. This afternoon we set up the baby nursery and it looks absolutely perfect. There are still a few more finishing touches but I think they'll have to wait until after the baby is here. After everyone left, Juan and I curled up on the couch and spent the rest of the afternoon being couch potatoes. I received a very sweet mother's day card and a beautiful red rose from my future son. I can't wait to actually be a mother!
