Morning Sickness

I have to admit that this morning sickness stuff has been a bit tough for me. I can't remember the last time I woke up in the morning feeling like I could just jump out of bed and start my day. Instead, I continue to wake up with headaches and nausea. My appetite has disappeared, not that I'd complain normally but given the circumstances I'd prefer to be able to eat some.

I'm really struggling with keeping food down and therefore it's easier to limit how much I eat. Most of you don't know but I have a HUGE fear of throwing up. Therefore, I continue to fight my body to keep down what it wants to get rid of, knowing that it will probably make me feel better. I'm not helping myself with the morning sickness. So what am I eating you ask? Definitely, not meat. The sight/smell/taste of meat makes me sick. Dairy has been a little difficult as well but I'm forcing myself to eat things like yogurt, cottage cheese, a glass of milk (with Oreos). Oranges have been really yummy to me lately. Apples and Bananas also. Pasta has been easy on my stomach, along with bread and some cheeses. Of course, I'm eating just enough to keep me satisfied.

My energy level has decreased which has caused me to cut back on my exercise. I was working out 5 days a week, 2 days with a personal trainer and 3 on my own. Usually about an hour to 90 minutes a day. Now I've dropped my trainer back to 1 day a week and am lucky if I get to the gym another 2 days. All the books say I should continue exercising but my energy level has dropped tremendously. I'm hoping that in a few weeks I'll get over this morning sickness and return to exercise, energy, food, etc.
